to optimize cost, time and quality; or we can provide CM services
on an "A Risk" basis which will provide guarantee maximum costs
by taking on the dual role of Construction Manager and General Contractor.
Construction management is provided as part of overall project/program
management. In addition to the services described above, our CM
services include procurement and coordination of qualified architectural
and engineering services. Our long-standing relationships with a
wide variety of design professionals allows us to provide project
specific design services. Our procurement services include developing
and approving criteria for materials and equipment, development
of bidding lists, bid evaluation, providing recommendations concerning
award, placing material orders, planning deliveries and making site
inspections.
